Shipping Policy:

Shipping is priority mail, usually between 1-3 business days. We ship orders Monday-Friday. All orders placed before 3pm CST time will be processed the same day. Please allow up to 8 hours to receive a confirmation email. Once your  order ships, you will receive a tracking email.

We do not ship or process orders on weekends or holidays. USPS will ship to the address that has been imputed; we are not responsible for incorrect addresses or typos. Please ensure that your address is correct when placing your order.

Refund Requests:

We do not provide refunds. All sales are final.

Return Information:

We do not allow returns. All items sold (both physical and digital) are non-returnable. We also do not accept returns for misuse, mishandling or modification of the product.

 

Exchange Requests:

We do not allow exchanges except for an incorrect order. If your order is wrong, or you're missing a product, please email 2Hooked Hookah company at info@2Hooked.net. Please include your order number(s), photos/videos, and your packing slip information.
 

Damages/Missing Products:

We at 2Hooked inspect all orders for quality and accuracy prior to shipping via USPS. All orders are insured up to $100. If your order is defective/damaged/missing, file a claim at USPS as soon as possible.

1. How old do I need to be to buy products from

2. Does 2Hooked have a physical location? No.

3. How do I refill my hookah pen? 2Hooked Hookah pens are all disposable devices, which means you can recharge and reuse as long as it still hase-liquid, but it is not refillable. Simply unbox and enjoy your 22,000 puffs!

4. How long does the hookah pen last? There is no set frame; it all depends on the person's smoking habit. Keep in mind when you take long deep pulls that counts as 8-10 puffs instead of 1.

5. How long does it take for shipping?Shipping is priority mail 1-3 business days priority for alldomestic orders. Please allow 24 business hours for processing Monday-Friday. We do not ship on holidays.

6.How can I refund or cancel my order? All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. We do not offer refunds.

7. How do I store my hookah pen? We highly suggest storing your hookah pen at room temperature. Extreme heat can make the e-juices in your hookah pen evaporate much faster.
